Each aligner must be worn for 2 weeks (14-15 days) for a minimum of 20 hours a day, except during meals and toothbrushing

In case of loss, damage or breakage of aligners: patient must report to treating doctor immediately and proceed with wearing the previous aligner till provided with a replacement (never throw away your old aligner).

Check your aligner number before inserting it into your mouth.

Wash your hands with soap and water.

Brush your teeth and aligners before inserting them.

When inserting each aligner, gently push the aligners over the teeth, then apply equal pressure using your fingertips on your left and right molars until the aligner snaps into place.

Do note bite your aligners into position, this may damage them.

Using your fingers, start from the side (at the molars) and slowly work your way around to the center, gently pulling down to remove the aligner.

Aligner storage

Always keep your aligners dried and clean and store them inside your box to avoid losing them while you are outside or inside your home. Never store them in a tissue as it may get lost.

Daily Care and Maintenance of aligners

Clean your aligners prior to each insertion with a soft brush and cold water only (never use hot water as this will melt the aligner), shake off excess water and store dry aligners in the case provided.

We recommend a product called ever smile (white foam) to clean and kill the bacteria.
