We study the case of malocclusion from an orthodontic point of view; we start a cephalometric analysis and we consider the end result of the treatment to be in harmony with the face and smile. The force of the aligner is calculated to pass through the long axis of the teeth and to be as close as possible to the center of the resistant. All these movements generated by the aligners respect the biological environment of the teeth (Bone and periodontal ligament), CBCT integration during the setup of the case is possible.
